1) Admission Criteria

a) Neighborhood:
- Within 10 KM: 50 points
- 10-15 KM: 40 points
- 15-20 KM: 30 points
- Above 20 KM: No points
b) Siblings: 40 points
c) Girl child: 10 points
Total: 100 points

2) Required Documents for Form Submission:

• Recent photos of the child, father, and mother.
• Attested photocopy of the Birth Certificate.
• Attested photocopy of the Aadhar card/UID card.
• Attested photocopy of residence proof.
• Attested photocopy of the Identity Card/Latest Fee Bill of the sibling.
• Caste Certificate (if applicable).
